Problems occur within organizations as well as between organizations. Conflicts may be among team members or departments or with external parties, like customers or suppliers. I bring a common sense, third-party perspective to mediating disruptive organizational conflicts.
I develop a plan with senior managers and then work directly with the parties involved:
- Department heads or staff members
- Project managers or team members
- Customer or supplier representatives
- Executives or key shareholders
I speak with individuals and facilitate group discussions, whatever is needed to build understanding of the situation and potential solutions.
The truth is not always the same as the majority decision.

“Michael provides the rare gift of giving people the experience of being listened to. He brings empathy to the situation which, when coupled with his objectivity and gut-level intuition, enables him to deliver options, choices and clarity to the teams he works with.”
